Terms of use
The basics of using this site, attending a class, and giving to Credit Genius.
Using this site
Content on this site is educational. It isn't personalized financial, legal, or tax advice, and using it doesn't create an advisor-client relationship between you and Credit Genius.
Classes & enrollment
Classes use a sliding-scale tuition model: you choose your own price within the posted range when you enroll, with no documentation required. A seat isn't guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email and complete enrollment, including your chosen tuition amount. We reserve the right to ask someone to leave a session for disruptive behavior. Average outcomes shown on this site, like score-gain statistics, are aggregate figures from past graduates and not a guarantee of any individual's results.
Tuition & refunds
Tuition is generally non-refundable once a class begins. If something comes up before your first session, contact us and we'll work with you, including transferring your seat to a future session. If the lowest price on a class's sliding scale is still out of reach, contact us before enrolling — we hold sponsored seats for people who ask.
Consulting & Business Services
Financial Consulting and Business Services are advisory only and billed separately from class tuition, per engagement. Credit Genius is not a bank, lender, or broker, has no special relationship with any bank or lender, and does not guarantee approval, funding, or any other outcome from consulting or advisory work.
Intellectual property
Our curriculum, workbooks, and this website's content are owned by Credit Genius. You're welcome to use them for your own learning; please don't republish or resell them without asking us first.
No warranty
This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Credit Genius isn't liable for decisions made based on information found here.
Governing law
Because Credit Genius operates across North America and the United Kingdom, the governing law depends on where a class is hosted or where you're located. Contact us if you need the specific jurisdiction that applies to a particular agreement.
